This Digital Products Policy applies to all digital products purchased through H&B Marketplace, including downloadable files, eBooks, printable materials, music, templates, and personalized digital designs.
Digital Delivery
Downloadable products will be delivered through the customer’s account, a download link, or email. Personalized products will be delivered within the time stated on the product page. No physical item will be shipped unless the product description clearly states otherwise.
Final Sale
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final after the file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, except where required by law or as described below.
Refunds may be approved if:
• The customer does not receive the digital product.
• The file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be opened.
• The customer receives the wrong product.
• The same order is charged more than once.
• The product is materially different from its description.
Customers must contact H&B Marketplace within 7 days of delivery and provide the order number and a description of the problem. We may first offer a replacement file or technical assistance. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Personalized and Custom Products
A personalized or custom digital order may be canceled only before the seller begins work. Once work has started, the order cannot normally be canceled or refunded. Refunds may still be considered if the seller fails to deliver the order or the delivered product does not reasonably match the agreed instructions.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address, accurate personalization details, and compatible software or devices. H&B Marketplace and its sellers are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
License and Permitted Use
Unless the product page states otherwise, digital products are licensed for the buyer’s personal, non-commercial use only. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, share, copy for others, upload, sublicense, or claim ownership of the product.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must own or have permission to sell their digital content. Sellers must accurately describe each product, disclose delivery times and file requirements, and respond to order issues. H&B Marketplace may remove products or suspend sellers that violate these requirements.
